Humayun Parekh

Humayan Parekh, a Branch Manager for the Pied Piper Group, has been a businessman all his life. “When I was a young boy, my father owned businesses. I wanted to be a businessman too, so I turned our basement into an office and played businessman,” he recalled.

This ‘playtime’ activity turned into a passion, and then a very successful career for Humayan. “I love helping people—whether it’s buying houses, helping people invest, or reaching their financial goals. I never say no. I find the solutions to get things done.”

Humayan Parekh built his career the old-fashioned way: through hard work, persistence, and passion. Born in Pakistan, he came to the United States in 2002, at age 13. He helped in his family’s businesses, which included owning gas stations, restaurants, and car maintenance shops. After graduating from the Universal Technical Institute, he joined Chase Bank as a personal banker, later BMO Harris. He earned honors as a loan executive, earning an MVP for writing $10.2 million in three months. He has also achieved success as a financial manager and insurance department manager.

Even with his many successes, family remains to be everything to Humayan. He and his wife Ayaan are the parents of a young son. He is an avid cricket player and loves to travel to different states.
